Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrivals Policy

As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients by text message or email if requested.  Please be courteous and contact us, otherwise we’ve the right to charge $25 for Package holder clients.  For special deals like Groupon and Living Social, your voucher will be redeemed.  Please read the following if have any question please contact us.


24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
